Can a property be sold in 24 hours or in7 day’s YES it can at Homemaker ltd we can do that However we prefer to go for a period of 4 to 6 weeks from seeing the property to completion .Why because everything has to fall in place to buy in a week let alone 24 hours and if one thing goes wrong its almost impossible to complete in a week even with our extended and experienced team

 If you are in such a tight position as to need us to buy within a week and we say we will then we will give you £500 if we fail to meet the dead line

 If you call a number and connect to a voicemail message, it's reasonable to expect a call back within 24 hours at HOMEMAKER LTD WE TRY TO CALL YOU BACK WITH IN A DAY OF RECEIVING YOUR MESSAGE

 If it's your wish to stay on in your existing home as a tenant after it's sold then consider that whoever you sell to will then become your landlord so YOU NEED TO FEEL CONFIDENT you'll be able to get along with them and can trust them not to evict you as soon as things aren't working out elsewhere for them (believe me this does happen).
