I left school at the age of 15 with no formal qualifications and spent 7 years as a apprentice joiner, I gained not only joinery qualifications but also qualified as a clerk of works and building technician after this Sheena and I purchased their first investment property in a dilapidated state. Steven has now been in property renovation and investment for over 20 years allong with his wife Sheena

WHAT I SAY

In the 20 years I have been in property there seems very little that I have not learnt how ever I still attend shows and lectures but the lectures are getting younger I strongly believe that you should spend a proportion of your earning on education . I am determined not just to be a person who makes deals but a person who helps people with the profit

I am the person that you will more then likely talk to on the phone , I am more of a people person. Given that my husband and son are more interested in the construction and research side of the business this works well for the company. I was along side Steven from the start giving us both an in-depth understanding of property renovation and investment .I am a qualified book keeper and so I am in charge of the company accounts.
Over the years property investing has altered a great deal however we still deal on the same principle of honesty and high ethics

I have only been left school for 1 year and spend a lot of my time learning about property. my principal input at the moment is the web site and the running of the computer system. I look forward to growing within the company.
